Getting There
December 3–7, 2026 at the Bluebonnet Expo Center, 1200 Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas. Doors open at 08:00 and keynotes begin at 09:00 sharp every day.
Your confirmation email carries a QR code. Scan it at any entrance desk from 07:30 on day one and your badge prints in seconds — no queues, no paperwork.
Most forum hotels cluster downtown along the river with shuttles every fifteen minutes on event days. Book early — December in Austin fills fast.
Passes & Payment
Builders shipping something choose the Builder Pass. Most attendees take the Summit Pass for the full five days plus recordings. The Visionary Pass adds lounges, priority seating and a concierge.
Yes — students with a valid ID save 40% on the Summit Pass, and groups of five or more save 20% per pass. Note it on the form and we apply it before payment.
Full refund until November 3, 2026, no questions asked. After that, passes transfer to a colleague free of charge — just tell us the new name.
At the Forum
Yes. Every keynote, panel and demo is recorded and shared with Summit and Visionary pass holders within a week of the finale.
Lunch, coffee and evening reception bites are included with every pass. Tell us about dietary needs or access requests on the reservation form.
Through daily office hours, roundtables and speaker receptions. Summit and Visionary passes book office-hour slots the evening before.
